The room cleanliness needs serious attention, especially the bathrooms!!! The inconsistent VAT invoice process is unnecessarily stressful, and the lack of breakfast variety became tiresome by mid-stay. A vastly improved experience is possible!!!

Additionally, I encountered a frustrating issue when I was given the wrong key and walked into another guest's room, which was incredibly awkward and uncomfortable. To top it off, the AC in our room didn't cool adequately, leaving us feeling quite hot during the night.

The breakfast was nice, big spread, and the room was immaculate, clean beyond expectations. The staff was helpful, the desk clerk spoke English well, which made things much easier for us.

The executive king room was huge and super clean. Had a coffee machine, flat-screen TV, and comfy seating area. The walk-in shower was refreshing, and the bed was so cozy. Breakfast had a good variety, but could use some different options. Loved the friendly staff and the cool vibe in the lobby!

Excellent service, excellent amenities, with friendly staff that ensured our room was kept very clean and welcoming during our 6-night stay, not to mention the fantastic breakfast that included made-to-order eggs to start our days right.

No faults whatsoever.
